Hong Kong Island West · Mid-Levels renovation

Mid-Levels West

From Greenview Gardens (1974) to The Belcher's and 80 Robinson Road (2000s), Mid-Levels West spans five decades of buildings and generous flat sizes — so every renovation starts from a different place. We are on site at The Rednaxela and Greenview Gardens right now. Here is what neighbours ask us most, plus layouts and real budgets estate by estate.

03Good to know

Renovating in Mid-Levels West

01

Steep roads, loading and lifts

Many Mid-Levels buildings sit on steep roads with limited loading space, so deliveries and debris removal are booked with management in advance, and large items (stone worktops, bathtubs) are checked against lift dimensions first. We arrange all of it before work starts.

02

Building age sets the scope

1970s buildings usually need new wiring, a new consumer unit and new pipes, plus window and building inspection orders. 2000s estates are mostly reaching their first major refit: bathroom waterproofing, kitchens and storage. Each estate page lists what applies at its age.

03

Bilingual, expat-friendly

Our client at The Rednaxela works in Hong Kong from overseas: from a Threads message and an online quote to signing and starting work took under a month, all in English. Itemised quotes, staged payments — each paid only after you sign off the stage.
